SYMPOSIUM: AI & Deep Learning Applications in Bioinformatics

The University of Georgia is set to host a symposium on AI and Deep Learning Applications in Bioinformatics, bringing together experts from various disciplines to discuss the latest developments in deep learning models in bioinformatics, genomics, and structural biology. The event will take place from Monday, October 16, 2023, to Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at the UGA Center for Continuing Education & Hotel.

The symposium will feature keynote presentations from Jian Hu (AI Genomics Lab, Emory School of Medicine), Arvind Ramanathan (Argonne National Laboratory), and Andrew D. White (Rochester University). Additionally, workshops will be conducted by Jian Hu and Sheng Li (UVA School of Data Science).

Registration Fees:

Students: $10 (presentation only), $25 (presentation + workshop)
UGA Faculty: $25 (presentation only), $40 (presentation + workshop)
Alumni: $25 (presentation only), $40 (presentation + workshop)
Regular: $30 (presentation only), $80 (presentation + workshop)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received by 5:00 p.m. ET on or before September 19, 2023, will be refunded minus a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. For changes or cancellations, contact (706) 542-7493.

Hotel Reservations:
Participants can reserve a hotel room using group code 96072 until September 19, 2023. After this date, call the Georgia Center to request a room with the same code, subject to availability. Note that hotel reservations are separate from conference registration.
